Our public organization «PVDN» has been selected to participate in the EMPOWER project and is commencing cooperation with the German Society for International Cooperation GIZ.

🤝 Together, we are launching a project aimed at ensuring access to quality education for vulnerable children residing in the de-occupied territory of the Kherson region, specifically in the Novovorontsovka community.

In a reality where the region has suffered severe losses due to hostilities and the educational process has been disrupted, this project is aimed at restoring learning and creating equal opportunities for acquiring knowledge 📚

The project «Accessible Education for Children of Kherson Region» is being implemented within the multi-donor project «Strengthening the Capacity of Communities in Southern and Eastern Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)», funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) jointly with the European Commission's Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) and implemented by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH.
