PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs the relations concerning the protection of the personal data of the visitors of the website https://www.pvdn-ua.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), which is owned by the Public Organization “ПІДТРИМКА ВСІЄЇ ДЕРЖАВИ НАШОЇ” (EDRPOU code 45909916, registered address: Ukraine, 73009, Kherson Oblast, Kherson, 58 Boguna Ivan Street, Apartment 31,) registered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as the “Organization”).
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Definitions
In this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- Personal Data Base – a designated set of organized personal data in electronic form and/or in the form of personal data files;
- Consent of the Data Subject – a voluntary expression of will by an individual (provided that the individual is duly informed) granting permission for the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the specified purpose of such processing, expressed in a manner that allows the conclusion that consent has been given;
- Processing of Personal Data – any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, alteration, renewal, use, and dissemination (circulation, sale, transmission), anonymization, and destruction of personal data, including through the use of information (automated) systems;
- Personal Data – information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified;
- Data Subject – an individual whose personal data is processed;
- Third Party – any person other than the data subject, the owner, or the controller of the personal data;
- Cookie Files – small text files that are stored in the browser of a device (computer, mobile phone, etc.) after visiting the Website, and which the Website transmits to the browser.
All other terms used in this Policy shall have the meanings defined by the current legislation of Ukraine, including international normative legal acts ratified in Ukraine.
1.2. Purpose of the Policy
This Policy is developed to inform data subjects about the procedure for processing their personal data during their visit to or use of the Website, as well as to ensure the protection of their personal data during such processing.
1.3. Legal Basis
This Policy, as well as the Organization’s activities related to the collection, processing, storage, and other lawful actions concerning personal data, is governed by:
- the Constitution of Ukraine;
- the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2287-VI;
- other current normative legal acts of Ukraine that regulate the protection of personal data, including international normative legal acts ratified in Ukraine.
1.3.1. Processing of Data of Foreign Residents
For legal relations arising within the Organization in connection with the processing of personal data of residents of foreign jurisdictions, the applicable law (including international law), as well as national and international normative legal acts regulating the protection of personal data of residents of those countries, shall also apply.
1.4. Ownership and Delegation
The owner of the personal data processed in connection with the visit or use of the Website’s functions is the Organization. The Organization reserves the right to delegate, in whole or in part, the processing of personal data to third parties on the basis of an agreement concluded in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
1.5. Data Subject
An individual is considered a data subject under this Policy if they are a visitor to the Website, including if they use any of the functions available on the Website.
1.6. The Organization’s Guarantees
The Organization guarantees that:
- it adheres to proper practices and regulatory requirements regarding the protection of personal data;

1.7. Purpose of Data Processing
The purpose of processing the personal data obtained during the operation of the Website is to enable the Organization to carry out its statutory activities.

The publication of this Policy via the link provided in clause 4.1 constitutes a notification to data subjects about the owner, the composition and content of the personal data collected in connection with the visit or use of the Website, the rights of such data subjects, the purpose of collecting their personal data, and the third parties to whom such personal data may be transferred.

The Organization may collect and process the following information about you:

The Organization does not process personal data related to racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties or professional unions, criminal convictions, as well as data concerning health, sexual life, biometric, or genetic data, except in cases defined by legislation.
3. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
3.1. Your Rights
When visiting or using the Website, you have the right to:
- Receive from the Organization information (not specified in this Policy) regarding the processing of your personal data and the conditions of access to such data, or to issue appropriate instructions for obtaining this information by persons authorized by you, except as otherwise provided by law;
- Access your personal data free of charge;
- Receive a response to your inquiry regarding the processing of your personal data in the manner and within the timeframe defined by current legislation;
- Submit a well-founded request to object to the processing of your personal data, or to request the amendment or deletion of your personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
- Seek protection for your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to deliberate concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as protection against the dissemination of information that is inaccurate or that discredits your honor, dignity, and business reputation;

- Exercise any other rights provided by current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
