The project's goal is to ensure access to quality education for children from vulnerable groups living in the de-occupied territory of the Kherson region. In a region affected by active hostilities and significant educational losses, the project aims to create equal opportunities for acquiring knowledge. Through the implementation of modern tools and innovative approaches, we strive to restore the educational process, help overcome educational gaps, and assist children in acquiring skills necessary for their future.

The «Accessible Education for Children of Kherson Region» project is implemented within the framework of the multi-donor project «Enhancing the Potential of Communities in Southern and Eastern Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)», which is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) with co-financing from the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations and is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
