👨‍💻Teaching children how to use a tablet and discover its additional tools and features is just as important as having the device itself.

As part of the "Accessible Education for Children of Kherson Region" project, supported by the German government and the EU, online seminars were held where students learned to work with tablets and digital resources:

▪️Grades 1–6: "Digital Education. Getting to Know the Tablet" — over 150 children mastered the basic functions of the tablet and educational applications.

▪️Grades 7–11: "Digital Education. My Digital Assistant" — about 100 high school students learned how to use the tablet to create documents, online assignments, and educational resources.

The skills acquired will help children confidently use their tablets at school and at home.

The "Accessible Education for Children of Kherson Region" project is implemented within the multi-donor project "Strengthening War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)", funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) jointly with the European Commission's Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
