💬 How to turn an idea into a project, find resources for it, and bring it to a result? This is exactly what the participants of the forum "Cohesive Youth - Resilient Communities", organized by the NGO "PVDN", learned to do over three days in Mykolaiv.

🗓️ On September 11–13, youth activists and opinion leaders from the Kherson region immersed themselves in project management.

During the forum, the participants:

• ▪️ underwent intensive training under the guidance of project management expert Vitalii Kryzhanivskyi;
• ▪️ worked through the full cycle of project development — from conceptualization and risk assessment to finding funding sources;
• ▪️ worked in groups to solve practical cases for their communities.

This format helped not only to gain new knowledge but also to strengthen ties between representatives of active youth from the communities of the Kherson region. Joint work, networking, and exchange of experience became an important part of the forum.

👤 The Deputy Head of the Mykolaiv District Military Administration, Ramil Ahabekov, also visited the forum. The meeting became another opportunity for informal communication and exchange of views.

🔺 The bright finale was the presentation of team outcomes and feedback from the expert. The participants returned home with new knowledge, inspiration, valuable contacts, and certificates.
