⚠️ Due to the security situation in the Kherson region, particularly in frontline communities, the topic of mine safety remains extremely important.

✔️ Recently, as part of the project "Region of the Future: Education, Rehabilitation, and Safety for the Youth of Kherson," an event dedicated to the rules of handling explosive objects was held at the Novovorontsovka school.

ℹ️ During the lecture, students learned how to recognize dangerous objects, how they might differ, and how to act if they are found. The schoolchildren also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with special stands and mock-ups of mines, which helped them better absorb the important information.

The project is implemented within the EMPOWER project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) jointly with the European Union and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
