✔️ Another educational event on mine safety within the framework of the "Region of the Future: Education, Rehabilitation, and Safety for the Youth of Kherson Region" project was held for schoolchildren in the village of Skhidne, Muzykivka community.

ℹ️ During the meeting, participants were told about the most common types of explosive objects, rules of safe behavior, and the algorithm of actions in case of their discovery. Special attention was paid to the risks of remote mining of territories, and training mock-ups and visual materials were demonstrated for better assimilation of information.

⚠️ The war continues, and with it, there remains a high danger of mined territories. The enemy continues to use various methods of spreading explosive objects, including remote ones, so the issue of safety in the Kherson region remains extremely important.

The project is implemented within the EMPOWER project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) jointly with the European Union and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
